Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the spacious screened front porch, afternoons enjoying the beach, and evenings grilling in the backyard or strolling downtown for dinner and ice cream.

With comfortable gathering spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, a fenced backyard, and thoughtful amenities throughout, this coastal retreat is designed for families, friends, and anyone looking to experience life in our favorite little beach town.

The Screened Front Porch:
One of our favorite places to unwind! Settle into the comfortable outdoor sofa or cushioned chairs with your morning coffee, a good book, or an evening cocktail. The screened porch offers a peaceful place to enjoy the coastal breeze without the bugs.

Living & Dining | First Floor:
Step inside to a welcoming living room with two comfortable sofas and a television, perfect for movie nights after a day exploring Cape Charles.

The separate dining room offers a gathering place for family meals, while the fully equipped kitchen features an island, cookware, dishes, and a stocked spice rack. Whether you're preparing a big family breakfast or cooking fresh local seafood, you'll have what you need.

A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located just off the kitchen.

Outdoor Living:
A small mudroom leads to the back porch, where you'll find a picnic table, umbrella, and charcoal grill for relaxed outdoor meals.

The fully fenced backyard provides room for children to play, while the outdoor shower feels like a private little tropical escape—the perfect place to rinse off after a sandy beach day.

Bedrooms & Additional Living Space | Second Floor:
After a full day of coastal adventures, retreat upstairs to comfortable sleeping accommodations:
- Primary Bedroom:King bed and smart TV.
- Queen Bedroom: Comfortable queen bed.
- Twin Bedroom: Two twin beds, perfect for children or additional guests.
- Library & Workspace: A quiet retreat with a desk for remote work, a full-size futon for additional sleeping space, and room for a pack-and-play.
Fresh linens and bedding are provided, including bedding for the futon. Every comforter has a removable duvet cover that is laundered between guest stays.

Thoughtful Amenities:
We believe a great vacation rental should feel like a home, not just a place to sleep.
You'll arrive to a thoughtfully stocked property with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and kitchen essentials.

Additional conveniences include off-street parking and optional EV charging for $45 per stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Optional EV charging is available for $45 per stay. Please request charging access before arrival. Pets are not permitted, except service animals as required by applicable law.
